“Our produce is grown according to strict organic standards and environmentally friendly farming methods.”
Organic farming recognises the direct connection between our health and how the food we eat is produced. Artificial fertilisers are banned and farmers develop fertile soil by rotating crops and using compost, manure and clover.
Pete has been growing organic vegetables at Westmill Farm for over 16 years and the fertility now built up in his fields produces abundant crops and the methods used encourage an amazing diversity of wildlife.
We believe that eating organic is the answer to optimum health, the best insurance against disease, and something we all can do right now to make a difference to climate change and environmental pollution on this planet.
